If they're continuing on their most recent trajectory, I'd imagine it's incredibly pretentious... After that track on Resistance that ended up sung in French with a clarinet solo I kind of lost patience.
 
Too much to hope for a return to Origin of Symmetry and Showbiz-era greatness I guess. I wish Matt would pull his head out of his rear end long enough to write some good riffs again.

Indeed. Don't get me wrong, I really like Resistance.

But if you dangled all the Muse albums in front of me and told me to pick one, i'd take Showbiz no questions asked.

The Resistance album with Uprsing on is incredible. Theres only 2 songs im not 100% on but saying that the others are just so good that those two tracks are still very good!
