But I've got to think of the practical side, it cost $25,000 and my garden isn't really big enough to justify it's use. Think I'll stick to slug & snail pellets for now.

Looks too wannabe... designed by someone with no real combat experience. A bit too impractical for normal useage.

also the us army has ordered a bunch of them when they are finished iirc.

I've seen video footage of it and to be able to fire through a window at 500m and then detonate killing the people hiding behind the wall has to be a major advantage in the field.

And if not, the US wouldn;t be doing real life field trials in Aftganistan later this year.

More or less but it was way better balanced, better proportions and quick and easy to adjust for different combat situations.
