Anyone else experiencing problems ? im getting 100kb/s download speed instead of the 1.4mb/s im used to.

usually 10mb/s and 0.50mb/s

nope only got back today at 3ish and not downloaded a thing. ive downloaded a lot before and managed to go over them and it wasn't this bad.

I've got sick of the traffic shaping, poor customer service and now all these problems here in the East Midlands and so as of 4th June I'm moving from Virgin Media to BE Internet.
