Do Tesco really take 4-6 weeks to deliver games?

That is the estimated time when pre-ordering Red Dead Redemption, just wondering if that is the standard estimated time when ordering from Tesco and really it should arrive on the day of release?

If it says 4 to 6 weeks on there site thats more than enough of a reason to get it from else where

The game is not out yet is it? Hence the delivery time - probably a standard thing if it's not out - what is the eta for games that are out for them...

However for a pre-order I would be tempted to use a retailler dedicated to gaming - I use the ladder store for mine always had a game on day prior or day of release.

It is just that I can use a 15% of voucher which would get me the game for £30.

Pretty sure it's just a standard thing with all games from there that aren't out yet.

I have RDR on preorder with them too.

I ordered bayonetta from tesco entertainment Friday and it came saturday Not sure how they are for pre orders though...

I ordered from tesco entertainment and the delivery now says 2weeks so bang on target!

Still says 4-6 weeks for me. Ordered on 24th of April, so i guess its kinda right.
