So ladies, I think im about 8/10ths of the way through my addiction to minced meat, in all varieties i love it but continuing along my dietary requirements i am after some Lean ( hopefully pretty healthy ) recipes, im pretty sure ive perfected my Chilli and Lasagne, but without adding tons of carbs and making things like cottage pie what else can i do with mince to make meals with? I buy quite abit at once and make large batches so the bigger the better.
