I am very close to selling my Xbox 360 and I was just wondering if it needs "wiping" or whatever and if so, how can this be done?
Do i need to "wipe" my Xbox before i sell it?

gamestation/game wipe it by default nowadays anyway (if your selling via them) they had a big porn scandal blow up in their face many yrs ago so now their being extra careful.lool
Lol, is this actually true? They should always check and wipe the hard disks anyway from day 1.

Though it depends whether you've got a black or white 360... and whether the "substance" has got crusty yet.
Most people don't tend to have sex with their 360 though... I know the first time you see "next gen" graphics is an exciting time, but for the love of God man...

yes i was working for game when it cropped up, basically it happened a few times over the course of about 2 weeks (company wide this is, not just my store), one traded in a psp and on the mem stick was a porn movie lol.
and then we had 360;s with 'graphic' images on the hdd aswell...needless to say once little 10 year old tommy sees this and tells daddy the **** hits the fan.
