What do you play?

Me personally If I want to impress (to people that do not know) It's always fun to play Jeff Buckley - Mojo Pin and Grace as there is ALWAYS a few woman that think that they the only person to ever come accross hime, seriously that is fact.

That's if I want to impress the woman! If there is a few blokes about that want to hear me play I'll play a bit of classical gas, and I'll be honest I'm not that good, I i'll practice the ****! But one song I can play and sing is Grace - Jeff Buckley, but obviously I sound like a moron trying ti his high notes.

But anway, you are at a party there is guitar going roung, what do you play? The last time it happened to me I started to play lack of comprehension (
) I was happy they weren't.

And it's true, you normally end strumming some open chords! E minor a minor!? Be more adventurous!

There has been times that I felt bustin' out some Death or At The Gates, but I'll be honest.. I'm alone with the music that care the most about, so I have go througj the 9th rendition of Biffy Clyros Umbrella. just because I can play chords... :(

At the minute, probably 'St Ides Heaven' by Elliott Smith, as I just can't stop playing it any time I pick up my guitar. Otherwise, depends on the mood of the party - 'Won't Back Down' by Tom Petty, or maybe a bit of 'Time of Your Life (Good Riddance)' if it's more of a sing-along mood.

Probably something by Greenday, always gets a singalong going. Plus it's fairly easy to play when I'm in a state towards the end of the night. :D

American Pie
Summer Of 69
Wonderwall

all classic party guitar songs, throw in a bit of Mr Big -To Be With You and your sorted.

When the guitar comes my way it depends who I'm with but more often than not I'll bash out Matchbox 20 - Push as it's nice and simple and not many people know it.
