Got caught speeding last week in the state of pennsylvania, $109 fine, no points. Got 10 days to pay. I flew back from Chicago (Illinois). Now back in the UK. Will this affect me next time I try to go back to America if I don't pay it?

Was it a rental car? If so they may pursue the rental company and get you via a credit card.

Why would you not pay it? You've broken the law and now have to deal with the consequences.

Just pay the damn ticket and ignore the fools telling you to forget it. It will almost certainly bite you on the ass right when you don't want it to.

Just pay it. Surely it’s not going to break the bank and you’ll be free to return whenever you choose without any hassle.

I got the same 85$ fine for doing a U-turn on their highway (more like a dual carrigeway really) but I was caught lol at 6:25 am no less :(

You can phone a number in florida and pay with your CC saves any hassle incase I wanna go back another time.

I would certainly not pay it, this will probably be out of their system after a couple of years. 109 dollars, thats nearly 7 crates of beer. More so don't pay it if you DON'T plan on returning there.

Haha, like those morons thinking they can enforce the DMCA in Europe ?

Not UK law. US laws mean bugger all in the UK.
