BRAND NEW Ferrari crashed during roadtest following an MOT!

Why the hell did the police say it wouldn't be investigating? How the hell do get a low slung car like that to jump a 2ft wall?

If he wasn't covered by the garages insurance, would the owner have to sue to get the money out of them?

What a tool. That said, when I worked in the motor trade a few years back, anything "interesting" was taken out "for a test" regularly, a fair few got bent too..... :D

It's as bad as that stupid article last month about how Kerry Katona is 'on the up' again because she now has a 'brand new £50,000 BMW X5'.

The photo was of her driving an 8 year old prefacelift E53 X5.

I read that story , saw that picture and chuckled to myself that such an image would never have got past you on OC/UK, glad your BMW Policing skills stretches far & wide. ;):D:D

Daily Mail Fail once again.

+1 considering I live up the road a few miles, there is no roundabout there????

Strange, we don't let any employee under 25 to drive anything above 200bhp, fo insurance. (Yes, we are a Ferrari + more Dealership)

There are only a few instances where we will test drive a car for a MOT-

-unused diesel, a quick hard run so that we dont all die from the soot in the workshop.
-4x4 brake test
-unused petrol, again a quick hard run to get the cat to temp and burn off all the deposits that stick inside after a year of short trips to the shop around the corner.

So there are a few reasons you could give a car a test drive for a mot but nothing i can really think of that would warrant a kid test driving a very quick reasonably new ferrari.
