Drag and drop the bookmarklet to your bookmarks bar. Open Facebook, open the bookmark.

It found that my girlfriend was inadvertently sharing everything, and I found I had been opted into Facebook's website instant personalisation platform!

THE AUTOMATIC 'FIX MY PERMISSIONS' IS FLAKY - YOU SHOULD PROBABLY CLICK THE LINKS IT GIVES YOU AND FIX THEM YOURSELF.

I'm being a chicken and waiting for those braver than me to confirm if this is genuine or actually some kind of exploit!

Would be good if it worked. Clicking fix permissions doesn't actually do anything and 2 of the 6 never complete scanning.

Well it says, some of your contact information is exposed to the entire Internet, you should tweak contact settings...

Only, the only things exposed are message/add me... I kinda want those! Stupid thing.

Well it never completes:

scanning personal information...

or

scanning friends, tags, and connections information...

I've nothing special running so I conclude it doesn't work.

I don't have a bookmarks bar, I block everything on Facebook anyway.
I thought this too, but are you sure? Just add it to your normal bookmarks and try.

Looks dodgy lol
I checked the code before I ran it - nothing untoward.

As my screenshot above shows... I have tried it.
