get your .co domain while the goods ones are still left!

For .co to make sense you would need the .com and .co.uk as a minimum to go with it.
Otherwise you will lose traffic to the other domains from type-ins.

It can be cool to get domains from little known countries - you'd be surprised at how many extensions there are and for ~$50 a year make a really cool personal email address (just forward set up on Gmail if you don't want to worry about hosting :)).
 
There is no way I would attempt to market a website on a country code.
And how quickly people forget!
Look up the story of uk.co domains.
Overnight hundreds of people who had registered such domains lost them because Columbia decided to change the rules of domain registration.
And now you are using them again!

No thanks, .co are to be avoided.
