NBC cancels Heroes!!!

I gave up on Heroes half way through season 4 when really I wanted to give up by the third episode of season 2.

Whoever was responsible for the absolute terrible dialogue continually through season 4 between the cheerleader and her father should be shot at dawn.

The only series Ive watched lately that was done right was BSG. Caprica was okay but not a patch on Battlestar.
 
I actually enjoyed Heroes (shocking, I know).

Although it wasn't as strong as earlier seasons, I still found it very enjoyable.

In a void of all these utter tripe TV shows that contain the words 'celebrity, 'talent', 'idol', 'factor' that millions still flock too, Heroes gets canned? The world has no ******* taste :mad:.
 
I've bought all 3 seasons so far and got season 4 on the pre-order however I've only seen the first two so far and to be honest I think the whole thing went downhill after the first half of season 1, I found the end of that season to get very confusing and for want of a better word 'messy'

Like I said I've still to watch S3 & S4 but it will suck somewhat if they cancel it with things still up in the air....
 
Lost interest midway in S2. It seemed to be the same thing over and over again. i wonder what new series is going to be thought up now. I place my money on a rehash of something.
 
Had a great first season but they never really recovered from that. A shame as the first season was really good. Had seen this coming for a long time. They messed up Season 2 but even Lost didn't have a great 2nd season but they recovered a lot better whereas Heroes just got worse and worse.

Awsome? it was crap, I said to my brother after the end of season 4 this will get canned.
 
Shame. I liked Heroes. It went downhill throughout season 2 and then 3 went up a bit during the first half, then it dropped again. Still, shame they didn't allow a FINAL season that thw writers could wrap everything up in. I hate it when these american netwroks do this, they should always allow a shortened final season tov allow for a wrap up, they really should. :(

Besides the haters really don't have to watch it...
 
Pity as I loved the show. I thought the ending to series 4 was weak, but I thoroughly enjoyed it and I'll miss it.
 
Watching season 4 was a chore, I just wanted to know how it ended once I had started watching it. I'm feeling the same about Lost too now, but I have to watch it to see how it ends.
 
They screwed up big time at the end of season one by giving Peter, Slyar and Hero too much power.

Then they just lost the plot

I always felt this too, they seemed to spend most of their efforts coming up with ways to stop these 3 having a major impact on happenings thereafter.

It's a pity as i liked Heroes, even though it was going downhill after S1, it was still one of the few things i went out of my way to watch :(
