I got an email from an ex today (we're just mates, although there are possibilities), she's currently online dating and has had plenty of offers...

"I have a date with a US Airforce Pilot potentially although am not sure we have chemistry from talking to him on the phone as he's a very dry american. So may not be able to sustain things enough before seeing him a week on Saturday. Will see! But quite exciting I guess!"

I need a suitable retort.
