Hey guys, my step-dad is quite a big man (fat in other words) and he wants to lose weight but the problem is he has issues with his knee and can't walk for a period of time.
Obviously cardio and walking/running is the best way to lose weight (apart from diet) and because of his knee this is more or less out of the question
are there any exercises he can do that doesn't involve using his legs that he can do to lose weight?
of course there is weight lifting, but that isnt really a cardiovascular activity.
Can anyone suggest anything, he would rather not go to the gym.
Thanks
