Town where i live are full of these scooters on saturdays the people riding seem to think they have a divine right to plow through the crowds its annoying, the amount of times i've pulled my kids out there path only to get tutted at sends me into a rage. Got no sympathy whatsoever.

you'd need to ram a forklift into a normal supermarket shelf to get it over, or grab the top and pull it down.
they have a much wider base (compared to height) and aren't dependent on little vertical beams like those ones are.

And here is a picture of my Mum's leg when a truck hit a shelving system that fell on her.
This accident ruined her life and she got the maximum payout which was £30,000.

When the shelving fell on her it smashed her leg and took out flesh and muscle the size of your fist.
She had to wait around 6 months for it to 'heal' before plastic surgery.
The balloon is actually a balloon under her skin that they blew up twice a week so she would have extra skin for the graft.
The bottom photos are after the graft so it shows how bad it was.
This accident totally ruined her life because she was divorced from my dad and got it in her head that no bloke would ever look at her again (silly woman).
She still suffers a lot of pain as well.
The people that drive these things should have a test, including the old git who just knocked/pushed/dragged my eldest 5 foot across a shop after driving into her. Old ****er was driving around the shop with his speed controller on max.
