Which Licence Plate to choose ?

I might just get my plates made up online then. I know it's silly but the stupid logo and text and the shops phone number at the bottom really ****es me off and ruins the look.

if thats all your worried about shop around

my local car spares place does perfectly legal normal ones, and they only have the supplying dealer name and postcode in tiny writing. You have to be inches from the plate to read it

They dont have to put a logo and phone number on, just name and postcode.

To be honest I like standard legal dealer plates on Audi's, BMW's etc.

Cheap as well!

I have dubmeister uk legal pressed metal plates. IMO they look great BUT you will get stone chips on the front one. A year on mine still look ok but if you do a lot of motorway miles it is something to consider.

Am about to order a personalised plate tomorrow, and would love a pressed metal one, but according to their website, Dubmeister are closed for a while!

Hope it's not due to legality reasons. Obviously they state they're legal plates but I'd rather not run the risk of being pulled over just for the sake of having a pretty number plate!

They are having a refurb thats all.

You wont have a problem with them, they are fully legal, 100%, everything they should have such as: markings, font, spacing are all above board. :)

I really dont see the point of trying to make a number plate look good - it's the one part of a car that's never going to be aesthetically pleasing. It's a bright yellow box with a string of random characters on it - I'd rather not draw attention to it

These.

I've got a set and they're ace!

Are they just normal legal plates?

That @ me or @ MrLOL?

The Dubmeister legal pressed plates are pressed metal number plates that comply with the UK law (meaning that they are the normal font, in the normal size, with the normal reflective colours).

Just like a 'normal' plate, but simply made out of pressed metal.
