Shower in the morning and after sport using whatever shower gel is going cheap at the time. Maybe once or twice a month if my skin feels dry I might use a bit of e45 or whatever I can find. Never had a problem with my skin, eat a better diet now and drink lots of water.

I shed it about once a month 
Clean and clear in the morning with a bit of moisturiser and just use a damp flannel at night.

Those that don't believe it. When your missus isn't looking, after you had your shower and wash your face with your normal routine, basically when you stop. Go get a cotton rounds and put on some cleanser and then wipe on your face. Then look how much crap that wipes off. Face wash doesn't wash away everything.

Personally I have pretty poor skin so treat any blemishes at night with Benzoyl peroxide and wash with a gentle cleanser!

I wash my face in the shower with some Simple face stuff, when I wash it apart from that I just use water. I only moisturise my face when it wants it.
It actually appears that I've finally pretty much grown out of spots aged TWENTY FIVE, which was a relief. Still get them sometimes but nowhere near like I used to.
I get really dry hands sometimes so I use MANLY NORWEGIAN HAND CREAM FOR FISHERMEN. Or girl's stuff from Wilko. They're the same pretty much I think.
If I wash my face with normal soap, about ten minutes after it starts to screw up and feels like it looks like a cat's ********.
