I did a quick search and it seemed to confirm my first thought - you will be fine
Does your version of the HX 620W come with a 8 pin PCIe cables as well as 6 pin ones? If not, have a look here and you can request one (as the GTX 295 needs an 8 pin as well as a 6 pin PCIe power connection).
Pretty much, its got a bit less memory per core, a slightly narrower memory bus and marginally marginally lower clockspeeds. However, its core are built on the smaller, newer and cooler 55nm manufacturing process. In terms of performance the GTX 295 sits between a GTX 260 (216 core) SLI and a GTX 275 SLI arrangement.
