Just bought the titan viper with 5970&corsair 650watt psu

should be ok m8 looking @ my zalaman fan controller it shows psu usage in real time. with my i7 overclocked full power drain under load can hit 600w.
should be good 2 go m8.
 
Thanks Dazboots so i'm going to playing a lot of crysis singleplayer maps.modwar1/modwar2 etc.I hope it doesn't crash the viper as i'm not really wanting to send it back as it's a lovely machine&am reluctant to install a more powerful 1 myself if needs must:(
 
Indeed, no problem.

That should make a REALLY nice machine, make sure you get plenty of decent games to play on it! There's a plethora of great titles available, check out the High res screenshot thread for some tasters.
 
Thanks guys appreciate your kind interest yes i 've not played anything yet but have installed cod4/next i'll install my favourite crysis when i get internet set up next friday as that's needed unfortunately with the disk.Followed by modwar2/aliens vs predator/i'll buy bbc2/maybe get crysis warhead again as my copy got mysteriousy scratched/crysis 2&i'll check around soon see what else.
