Actually, just noticed that Arial Black isn't included in shared media by default, mine came with the addon VuhDo. You can either download it manually from the interweb or get it via that addon.

Once installed you'll need to set the font in all your addons. Or, you can replace the default WoW fonts in the font folder:

Make a backup of the files in the Fonts directory in the main WoW folder. Copy ariblk.ttf to the fonts folder and rename it so it has the same name of all the fonts in that folder, you'll need to do this 4 times for the 4 fonts in the folder.

There is no option to set font in bartender afaik, and I don't see how changing a font in another addon would make a difference?

Now, I don't have any Fonts folder where you mentioned:

having got my ui now sorted :)
the two chars im currently playing.

took the LUI ui and make a couple of slight tweaks.
stoppped the buffs stacking above the char ui as it just filled the screen. got my buttons on recount and changed the bars to match class colour

Installed LUI, and its mostly running great, only issue it the minimap, or lack thereof. I've removed a couple of addons from it, prefering Bagnon to Stuffing, or whatever it came with.

I didn't think I had any minimap addons installed, so I'm not sure what could be causing it :(

Edit: Oh, you have to turn it on. Oops!
Now, how do I clear up all these minimap icons?

Editnumber2: It would probably faster for me to look through things before asking questions XD

there are aload of options that should allow you to sort everything.

has anyone found out in LUI how have just your buffs appear above the target unit frame? to make it easier to track them.

it certainly isnt a complete ui, ive had to add aucitoneer and a few others back in that i cant live without, but its very good :)
 
Guys is there any way of changing the position of the default quest tracker? if not, is there any replacment addon that can do that specific thing?

I gave it a couple of hours, but I really wasn't liking it. Back to the default Blizz one. It may not be as functional as this fancy ones, but it does the job, I've got access to all my skills on my G15. Maybe its not ideal for raids, but that's 30 levels away at the moment.

As for quests, I still use questhelper. I did try carbonite, but there were a couple of niggles I had with it, though I really don't remember what they were now :x

agree, its decent for casual players who are happy to spend longer doing things, but quest helper you dont have to look at the map because you have the tomtom arrow, and it plots the fastest path to do them all which is important as speed is important for alts.
 
Meanwhile.... :(

Went to do a few 5 mans for badges yesterday for the XP items for a new character. Problem! Something broked in my UI since the last patch (ain't used the character in a while...) and basically after every kill the whole thing jerks and I can't see the enemies HP :/ I disabled several addons and it fixes it, so now I've got the "fun" of figuring which one, updating it, then reconfiguring it. :(
 
did any1 find a way in LUI to disable the health bars right in the middle either side of your char. They are the only thing i dont like about the addon, i prefer my Xperl unit frames.
