Helm me to choose a graphic card.

First we need your budget and an idea of what you wish to do with the build. We also need to know what power supply you have. Lastly that board does not support symetrical crossfire, so only use one card.

Many thanks for the fast reply all of you, ?but dual graphics what is the benefit of it?, budget is on some recommendations that you give me but £400 to £500 will be good, this is the processor "AMD Phenom II X4 945" i will use not for overcloking and gaming, thanks.

945? do you mean a 955? http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CP-244-AM&groupid=701&catid=6&subcat=1328

and a 5850 is a good choice for that setup, the advantage of dual cards is that you dont really have to spend all your money in one go

A cheap second hand 4870 or 260 (which ever colour you pray to) would serve you very well. Can be had for sub 100 these days.

Sorry about that but yes i can, so without take much off your time, can you tell all the components that i need for the buil like cables, etc, thanks.

the motherboard will take a second one of those graphics cards in the future to give you a crossfire setup.

the harddrive is very fast

the corsair psu is quality, and will easily do the job.
