Been looking around at the k62 cable management capability's and noticed a few people adding another fan to the front but not explaining how. My question is, what would be the best/suitable method to do this ?

Cable ties. That's how i have done it in my Lian Li PC-P50 and CM Scout. There is no need to go out and waste money on a bay converter. Just tie wrap it into a 5.25" bay. I used a pice of thick double sided sticky tape on the bottom for convienience.

Like this.

Does'nt matter what it looks like as it's out of sight behind the grill anyway.

I like that idea :P

Personally I'd still buy a bay converter, because knowing my luck the whole tie wrap thing will end up being noisy :P

I only like to have to do things once :D

Wow, thank you for your replies. I was thinking of doing it like that but wasn't sure if it would create a lot of added noise. Not sure what fan to use now :p

Perhaps another lian li blue LED, but what speed ? The 900 or 1200 RPM version ?

Both are 140mm and will fit in the bay, if not those what others could I use?

Another way to suspend the fan would be to use elastic cord.

It's a Arctic Cooling F12 so it's quiet anyway and i only have it at 660rpm. The CM 140mm below it is only running at 600rpm yet is noiser than my bodge job F12.
