Hey guys, I was giving my G11 a clean today. Took the keys off and washed them properly. And vacuumed under the keys. Put it all back together and now the Spacebar does'nt work, nor does the Esc key, but the rest work fine. Double checked to make sure they're back on properly but does'nt seem to work. Also the G11 is now flashing every 2 seconds, wondering if I need to reset it or something, or is it just mean its borked?

You should really leave it longer to dry:/ I left my keyboard for the best part of a week before I plugged it in again.

Edit: wait, did you only wash the keys? I thought you meant whole board. In which case... ignore above:) You must have bodged something up putting them back on.

Aye only washed the keys, keyboard I just whipped with a cloth and then vacuumed it. All the keys are back on it perfectly its just not registering some of them for some reason :s I thought the fact that it was flashing at me was like an error code or something?

tryed un-plugging it and plugging it back in?, if that doesnt work I guess its a warrenty claim, or a new G11/G15

Tried plugging it back in and out through different ports a few times. Its 2-3 years old now so not sure I would get a replacement /warranty?

You might, logitech have great service. Send them a webnote saying it started flashing and keys dont work. You might get a replacement. I got a replacement for a 2 year old mouse after it started double clicking.

I sent them a email va their website, with details of what was wrong with the keyboard. Is this what you meant? :)

Give em a ring, Logitech are fantastic with RMA's.
Didnt the G1*'s have a 3year warranty?

I've had replacements from Logitech just outide of warranty also.
Top notch gear backed by fantastic Customer service and aftersales.

I called the UK Helpline but there was no answer? Was the one on their website, I'm hoping that I get a replacement as I'm using an old Logitech Keyboard now and I can't type properly on this because all the keys are in slightly different places!

Enjoy your new replacement tbh.

Logitech have such ridiculously good customer service, every tired and worn out item i've ever had that has finally died they've replaced with new and I never even had to ask.

Buying Logitech is a bit like getting a mouse/kb for life.

Pretty sure there's a website procedure... look on their support pages.
