I've been looking for jeep srt8 executive chair in uk for the past three years to no avail. I would pay over the odds to have a chair with proper car like deep padding and lift construction rated to over 100kg and thus not wobbling, creeking and rocking after a year. Last i know the company importing them in early 2000's stopped trading. i don't suppose you had any details as to where you originally bought yours from?

I can't remember sorry. To anger you further its an awesome chair, I have had it for years, and prior to it I got through a chair every 6 months - 1 year. (I am heavy, and do crazy things on my chair)

The leathers still all intact to, if you find one, let me know I could do with another in my new home in Scotland (rather than drive this one up there).
 
loads of people recommend the Ikea Markus if you want comfort on a budget.

If you want a proper ergonomic chair then look into Steelcase, Humanscale and Herman Miller etc

I personally bought a Steelcase Leap from the bay at a fraction of RRP

Back in a day, Costco used to have them on seasonal offers. Sadly, I don't know anyone with membership card to check if they still stock them (even if occasionally).
 
I've got the Ikea markus too, its very comfortable especially for the back support and the build quality is very good. Well worth the money, you get what you pay for when you buy chairs.

88 quid inc free delivery! Supposedly reduced from 315, but rrp is usally always a scam. However it seems they are trying to clear the colours models because the black one is still 160 odd.
