Unlock Desire

Has anyone used an online company to succesfully unlock their desire?

If so, would you mind being so kind as to hook me up with a recommendation?

I've used them to unlock mine, placed the order about 11am and got the Code about 2pm. Longer than I anticipated but no biggie, as the code I was given worked like a charm.

Sorry to hijack slightly, but does anyone know if Vodafone Desire phones are unlocked out the box?

Thanks, I've done that and got my unlock code which I've entered. The desire is now asking for the SIM service provider unlock PIN

What's that?

EDIT: ah, done it. Same code twice

Yeh that bit had me too. I ended up entering my sim pin and it still worked. Was like eh? :confused:

iirc Vodafone does not lock any of their contract phones.
