Anybody see this on PH?

It might not exactly be responsible behaviour, but the gents' antics really do make astonishing viewing. Two-wheeled driving and drifting a Toyota pick-up can't be the most natural things to do at the best of times; on a busy Dubai motorway it seems positively insane.

I thought it was quite entertaining :p

That's not a busy highway for the Gulf. Anyway, when I have been over you get to see this quite often, usually hearing the cars hitting the limiter before you spot the car.

My wife learnt to drive in the Gulf. Explains a lot really.

I love watching the dubai/crazy arab drift vids and 2 wheel driving on youtube. Would be funny to see it here.

I saw this on one of Clarksons old documentaries. They normally have one person do something stupid initially which distracts the police and then all the rest go nuts while the police is occupied by the person.

It does get pretty crazy. On all the roads near me there are just rubber marks everywhere where people have been doing burn outs and doughnuts. First day I moved here I saw some going 2 wheels round a round about. In the UK if you heard someone gunning it down a residential area and the sound of screaching you would probably look outside, here you just brush it off as normal and wait to hear if there is a crash. The land cruiser with the guy outside the window filming has over 2k of fines I read.
