Cheap hire car

Blatantly. I'd be handing it back muddy. :D

This looks like an awful idea. Why would I want someone I don't know thrashing the crap out of my pride and joy for 20 quid?

This is pretty evident in the type of cars people are offering. In my local area I can have a Kia Sedona or a 1998 Saab 9-3. I think I'll pass ;).

I'd get £9 an hour or just under £50 for a day, not sure how you could get a 1998 Saab though as it says it must be under 8 years old

LOLZ at the stupid web idea, anyone who sticks a car up for hire can't have too many braincells to rub together....

Old 80 year Dorris with her 6 month old Polo that she just wanted to buy (cause she did okay!) and who drives 3 times a year might want to let little 21 year old Wayne and his 'crew' go 'merk some bad blud' for the nice sum of £30 a day.

Had a look but the nearest car to me is 45 miles away. Plus all the cars within 100 miles have never been hired out before!

Was looking for a cheap hire while my car is in the garage for a couple of days. Think I'll pass on that.

Couldn't this work out a very cheap way of borrowing your parents or friends cars for a few days if you need to?

In the case of parents (or generous friends), if they're willing to give you back the £30 per day or whatever it is, you would effectively be getting the insurance for <£10 per day. Not too shabby. Saves the hassle of sorting it yourself too.
