FS, Nazis want some extra stealth tax from me :(

It is a "private" housing estate (more like a private road), but there are no yellow line son it. There is a notice that says "Private housing estate, do not park" ... but it has NO legal ramifications.
A guy who lives on the estate drove past in his Aston and told me that there is some local nutter going around sticking notices to cars, despite it being (in the eyes of the law) perfectly fine to park on that road.

Okay, I'll give you some sympathy for the parking notice.

Still not getting any for being a litterbug.

Meh, you deliberately threw it on the ground and then once the PCSO left you threw a little paddy, acted like a child and dumped more crap on the ground. Nice one.

Got to admit I go to great lengths not to drop litter and fully believe people should do the same, good to see someone getting fined it doesn't happen enough in my opinion.

Not as bad as the guy who lives opposite my parents, tears paper into 4 pieces and chucks it out his window, some compulsive obsessive disorder, should be locked up in a mental home.. thinking about it, he is probably a member here :p

Dropping the rest of it after he'd gone was clever. It's not his garden it the rest will end up in.

lol binface

If some **** didn't stick random notices on my car then I wouldn't have to accidentally litter.

I appreciate that would have been annoying but why litter your Country. Would have been better to report the Dude with the Stickers for Criminal damage.
Personally I would freak if somebody touched my Motor but I wouldn't Litter it's just something I've never done.

Yes it is My country Thundycat I saw Ya. :D

Plenty been said here that echoes my thoughts. Private means private, litter is litter no matter how big.

Take it on the chin and move on...

You dropped a peice of paper on the floor

What the hell is going on with this thread.
Have I entered that strange place I found before that is neither on the page or off it.
Posts dissapeared then they re appeared.

I hate people littering, it's not hard to put it in your pocket or hold onto it until you reach a bin. I make a point of picking up my friends litter, but not others (don't really want to touch most of the stuff people drop in my area!)
Glasgow must be commended for their supply of bins I must say, much better than any other city.

You don't litter accidentally, serves you bloody well right. Should have stuffed it your mouth and eaten it. I’d have fined you a ton. :p

Usually, you should have been asked to pick it up, if you refuse you'd then be given an FPN. I wouldn't give an FPN unless you blankly refused my request for you to remedy the situation.

Littering, for the most part, is totally unnecessary and one of my pet hates.

lol, try doing so to a few lads and see what they think.....I think it may be a case that the OP was just a 'regular' guy and thus the CPO thought he'd be an easy 'target' to issue a penalty.

I'd say if it were a couple of chav'y lads returning to their car it wouldn't have happened....

And besides, if someone had stuck something to my car then its that persons fault for doing so on somebodys property should that 'notice' then be righty taken off, no?
