Anyone heard anything - nothing on catalystmaker's twitter or owt!!!

It's about time we had some optimised for BC2 isn't it??
 
Well if it is today they might still yet to be released, as it's US time over there, I can hardly see them releasing Monday and I find it impossible to believe that they would miss this month, as there is always one a month, so expect it in the next 2 hours, tommorow or friday.

Notes are pretty boring, meh. Vysnc still doesn't work correctly on BC2 and there's no mention of it in the notes, not that it matters as I've uninstalled it, for being no fun.

10.5 Profiles ain't up yet. I would like to see BF2 running at 32x AA and 16x AF but still can't push the game any further.
 
just tried bfbc2 on 10.5s and its running a lot faster on my pc.seems to have more life in the card now.only tried for 5 mins but they look good so far.i can turn and run with out the microstutter i was getting.:D
 
I have just come back to ATI with a 5850 my last ATI card was a 9800pro, do you guys install new cats straight over the top of the old ones or use something like driver sweeper first ?
 
Idle temps have increased due to the multimontor overclocking fix (even though I have only one monitor).

Clocks at idle are 400/1250.

Mine was doing that but I just unticked use overdrive and it went back to 157/300.

Though it's not in the release notes these drivers also have OpenGL 4.0
