so where shall I apply for this credit card?

I still dont understand how it will work

At the credit card companies web site. I would recommend QuidCo, atleast when you sign up for a credit card you can get a bit of cash back!

I can't see too many giving 0% on purchases for an entire year - then again I haven't really looked. But so far all I've seen is 12 months @ 0% on balance transfers.

People are suggesting you avoid financing it through warehouse express, unless you can pay it off in a timely manor to avoid epic interest. If you were to apply for a credit card, purchase DSLR/lens etc with said card and pay the balance over the interest free period. You could also use quidco to get some cash back on your purchases @ warehouse express.
