"4% Of Gamers Are Playing 48.5 Hours Of Games Per Week"

Not surprising to me, there's a lot of unemployed gamers out there (including students), that makes up 7hrs per day which if you are really into your games is perfectly understandable. If I'm at home at the weekend and my wife is working then I probably play 7+ hrs.
 
Steam says 33Hours in the last 2 weeks, thats working 4 days a week and at college for 2 others.

I guess its the free evenings that add it up, it used to be more when I only worked weekends, if anything its a good thing because I enjoy the time I have to play more than I used to.
 
i bet i get close to that even when working full time :P

but then i rarely sleep, so i guess i have plenty of time to game and work in a day
 
I've played 20 hours of Dragon Age over the last 3 days, when I get into a game it's hard to stop playing. That's only because i'm on uni study leave and have nothing to do all day.
 
Racked up that amount of play time when I was in a MMO raiding guild... Being a responsible parent put an end to that kind of thing, at least for now ;)
 
Nearly 50 hrs in the last 2 weeks according to Steam. That's with a job and studying for exams. Still, to double that would be pretty extreme tbh.
 
Its been a long time since I really put that much active time into gaming... but I'm probably putting around that into eve online atm despite working close to or over fulltime hours. I tend to just have it running on a second PC tho even when I'm not actually playing it so I'm available if somethings going on, etc.
 
I probably did that with Dragon age and Mass effect but i just haven't had any games to really get into.
I pretty much live in the Adobe suite atm :p
 
I'm easily hitting 7+ hours per day at the moment, no commitments until uni in september...
 
13min of gaming the past 3 weeks according to Steam :(

This employment thing people do is really starting to get in the way of my gaming life
 
Mine comes and goes but I certainly have had weeks where I did that. Also being a WoW player I do know a few people who do that on very regular basis!
 
Football Manager is the biggest time sink ever, maybe even worse than WoW. I find myself saying "just one more match" over and over. I've spent 12+ hours on it per day before.
