Did they seriously get paid for that story. it looks like light reflecting off some water on the camera lens/outer case.

It said in the article: 'walking across the car park'...where dip ****? All i see is a thing in the bottom corner that looks like a reflection of a tree waving around or water on the CCTV camera lens.
