going to webuyanycar this afternoon, been offered £1.5K (we'll see :rolleyes:)
any better places ?

just an update, they offered £1200 which she accepted
and I think it was an Audi 1.8T something, kinda Mondeo sized

No idea if that was a good deal or not

If you have the requirement that it must be sold today then you're going to take a battering on the price. Why the urgency?
 
So tax it for 6 months, sell privately getting a far better price then get the tax refunded. It will cost you maybe £20 in tax admin and gain you several hundred quid.

looking on google maps now but only see the Paul Reynolds centre at Dave Smithers postcode, I know there are some motor places around the back ?

Again, what car is it, where are you advertising it and how much is it.....

5 days isnt very long really, have you bought something else and are desperate to get shot?
 
Its a 2006 06 Ford Focus ST-2 38k, looking to get something else, but private sale price is much more than part-ex, not desperate to get rid but its frustrating having spent ~£100 quid on advertising it and not a single call!

Currently for sale at 9.5k,
