8K for "sport""ish" car

Of course, because an s2000 is a barge!

Huh?

Cars like these are there for no other reason than to put a massive smile on the owner's face, the MX5 having less horsepower doesn't mean it is any less likely to do this, it just has to do it in a different way.

Anyway, I doubt somebody buying a car based on horsepower figures/stats would really be interested in a S2000. 250BHP is hardly masses of power, and there are 'quicker' cars out there for the money.

I think we're on the same side here lol.

The MX5 is a great car; for 2-3k not 8.

Are you disagreeing with this particular point? :p

That's even worse!! Now that really is truly a 3k car!

In your opinion, have you driven one? Also the Celica T-Sport holds its value very well going against your comment

I prefer it to the Integra Type-R and i've driven both

It's a Japanese coupe from the late 1990's. I'm sure its very good, but it's also very not £8000 at the same time.

I loved mine and I agree I wouldn't spend 8 grand on one. 3k car it ain't either though.

I wouldnt spend 8K on one either, i'd get a late as possible model I could afford with £6k and spend the change on an Apexi intake, Apexi World Sport cat back and a nice set of wheels :D

But those days are gone so I probably wouldnt to be fair :D
