what made me post is that yesterday my mate got facebook raped and his mates posted some stuff about me on there. i dont usually get worked up about this kind of thing but hey, i guess i was in a bad mood. well this mate often takes the **** and again, often goes too far with it. so i post back to him saying "what the hell blah blah blah" and he says "oh it was my mates but its still hilarious blah blah blah".

now i know this is boring and you dont really want to hear my woes but. what the hell is the point in ripping the **** out of your friends? i dont do it to him or many people in fact yet there are some who just find it hilarious. and they just get away with it. so now hes moaning i should just suck it up and grow up. (im 16 btw)

but why should i when we should just all get along?

so tell me guys. am i just some sort of social retard who doesnt enjoy the art of ****ing people of and hurting their feelings? or do you also wonder why we do this, or at least some of us.

rant over, back to revision.
 
Difficult to judge the situation without knowing what was said, it could just be usual bloke banter that you're taking too seriously. Who knows.
 
yeah i know it sounds stupid but it isnt really bloke banter its just taking the ****. im not asking you to answer my problems guys.

just your view on this kind of thing.

and he is one of those people who is insanely witty and can turn your views against you in a way. im not his only victim haha.
 
without knowing what they posted it is hard to comment but yes most mates will take the **** out of each other from time to time
 
no its not just a bit of a joke it was tagging me in a picture and saying something about the way i look. yeah i look a bit odd and someone came up with a joke calling me a downer. and tbh it upsets me because although i dont actually look like someone with downs syndrome and im actually a completely normal looking kid, they wont quit even after i have told them i really dont like it.

so yeah its stuff that is a dig at the way i look that upsets me.

might as well close the thread if you lot are gonna take the pee even more :p

yeh, i take it as a joke maybe the first couple of times, then it gets more and more annoying, unfortunately the only way i've learnt to deal with them is to do what they do ; take the mick out of them. I hate doing it as I don't think its 'right' taking the mick, but its the only way that they've learnt. Subsequently, I now have different friends who are way better, and whenever I look at the old lot, i'm so happy i'm not like them :)
