This what was said between myself and steam support.

Me.
I can`t login to my account...I have tried to have my password reset but don`t get a reply from steam to my e-mail account....so they must have changed my e-mail in my steam account settings.
Please help me as I have many games in my account

( I also added my credit card details, but not to u guys "respect")

Support.

Thank you for contacting Steam Support.

It appears as though the account may have been hijacked by another user. Please follow the link below and take the prescribed steps to ensure the security of the account in the future:

I have reset the account password and sent the new login information in a separate e-mail. If you do not receive the e-mail and you are running a Spam filter, check and make sure the e-mail is not being filtered as spam.

Note: Passwords are all numbers.

The new Secret Question will be set to "What did customer service reset your password to?"

The answer to the Secret Question is the new password that we have sent to you as mentioned above.

Once you login to the Steam Account, please change your password, secret question and validate your email address as outlined here:

Well i did all of the above and got my Steam Account back and all was great.

So later on in the evening I go back to steam, and to my shock my account has been diabled.
So I has to contact support again.

Me.
Thanks for getting my account back to me this morning.
I`ve have just logged into my account tonight and found out my steam account has been disabled why is this please?
I have received e-mail from you and changed my password and secret question and every was ok earlyer today.

Can you please help me?

Then went to bed and next morning...nothing from support?
So I send another question.

Me.
Just to let you guys know if this is the reason my account was disabled yesterday.
Yesterday I bought a retail version of Battlefield Company 2 in one of my local stores in the uk.
I tried to add the cd key to my steam account but it said it was invalid...so i then added the game to my EA account that I have.
I Also cancelled my credit card with my bank, as I used the card to purchase games on my steam account, just to be safe as my account was hijacked.
I have enclosed attachments of my cd-key of BC2

So what do you guys think the reason why my Account was disabled just after I got my account back?

Purple.

Yes mate, I verified it. but the hijackers must have changed my e-mail in the settings, cause when I try to reset my password I don`t get any reply to my e-mail account with a new passcode.

This above is what happened before I got my account back btw....
But now my account has been Disabled...that`s what my issue is at the moment...ive been waiting 3 days and nothing?
why disable the account just after getting it back?

Then you can;t have verified it.

Because to change your email address with a verified account you have to confirm it in an email.

So if it is verified your email account is also "hacked".

What i was trying to say...its was already verified before i was hacked.
and verified again when I got my account back.

if it was verified they wouldn't have been able to change the email address or password without your knowledge or without access to your email account.

which means either it wasn't verified or you need to change your email password too.

looks like you have lost £300 worth of games tbh , steam can be the problem with things like this . i prefer a hard copy only that does not need the net

Or just be careful not to get hi-jacked. Then you don't have to worry about your hard copys getting scratches or being stolen.

I don't get how someones account can get hi-jacked anyway unless they have a stupid password or have given it away.

See this is my issue with Steam. I asked for my CD Keys and it took a lot of effort, they say the game is always going to be available and you'll never need your CD keys. They don't consider people who get their accounts hijacked (well I've also heard that there's no such thing as a hijacked account, usually the user handing password to someone untrustworthy).

Another issue I have is how I can never sell my purchased games to anyone!:(
