thinking to buy a new psu and the ones i'm looking into atm are

Corsair 650W TX Series £78.20

XFX 650W XXX Edition £69.99

which do you think is better and if there are other good psu's at that price point please link.

any help would be much appreciated

i have a gigabyte p35 ds4, q6600, 4gb ddr2 1066mhz, gtx 260, 640gb+500gb hdds

what bothers me at the moment is my case (coolermaster atcs 840) has a vent at the bottom of the case for the psu to draw cool air but my current psu is too small and can only cover half the vent.
 
I'd say the Antec TruePower New Modular 650W is the best for the sake of £6 more it has 54a on the 12v rail.

Next best is more expensive the Corsair HX650 but that has the 7 year warranty and corsair give you a brand new sealed unit if it ever goes wrong but at your own postage cost usually about £18-£20 to send to them.

No idea what antecs rma procedure is like personally but I heard it's good.

Cant go wrong with the corsair tx 650 though if non modular doesn't bother you.
