Eurovision!

LOL!

Do we have big screens in the UK any where like they do in Germany for this?

Oh and the song is **** and her voice is horrible!

I am worried about the state of Europe's musical taste if Lena got Germany to the top with that :/

Still, clearly was better then our effort! :p

TBH the fact her song had already charted across Europe is a bit of a cheat is it not?

Yeah, it's whoever has the best marketing in the lead-up. Last year with Lord Andy roaming round Europe with Jade, we got a high position. This year we did bugger all again and came last.

I am quite disappointed they didn't show our guy during the results coming out, and at the end.

I bet he wasn't smiling like a prat then.

People are forgetting that this isn't a showcase of the best musical talent (at least not for us) but it's a bit of fun.

Our entry this year was decided upon by some sort of talent show (I didn't watch it so unsure of the ins and outs) which opens it up to everyone and makes a bit of a pantomime about it all.

It wouldn't be the same if we just threw up Muse, Take That, or some other 'established' act upon the stage and thus expected to win.
It's a laugh, and I, amongst many others, throughly enjoy it for what it is.
You just sit back, with a glass of wine, and just have a good laugh at everyone.

We're British, we are known for taking the **** out of ourselves and Eurovision provides us with the ultimate opportunity for that.

Let's not moan about "our song was crap"/"Their song was crap". It's a good laugh.

Now, pour me another glass... And empty it over that German lass and let me and regulus lick it all off!

The German entry was ALSO via a talent show, the singer is not professionally trained and has never performed properly before

Yet they won, and we came last
