folks posted nasty stuff about me on FB

Call him a downy lesbian, phone a big order from a takeaway to his house quite late and just photoshop a picture of him with some big bendy penis entering his mouth.

I regularly get a banter with mates about being a downy or calling my saudi mate a slave (his name comes up as slave with predictive text). No point in being too serious with people.

i always joke around like that with my brother and mates.. none of the mates take it seriously but my brother just can't ignore it.. gets all annoyed and poo.. can't understand people like that :O even tho i agree i do get a bit "rough" when people pick on me a bit too far.. but then again if you don't go to far its all right.. just ignore.. or find a way to shut them up ;)

what made me post is that yesterday my mate got facebook raped and his mates posted some stuff about me on there. i dont usually get worked up about this kind of thing but hey, i guess i was in a bad mood. well this mate often takes the **** and again, often goes too far with it. so i post back to him saying "what the hell blah blah blah" and he says "oh it was my mates but its still hilarious blah blah blah".

now i know this is boring and you dont really want to hear my woes but. what the hell is the point in ripping the **** out of your friends? i dont do it to him or many people in fact yet there are some who just find it hilarious. and they just get away with it. so now hes moaning i should just suck it up and grow up. (im 16 btw)

but why should i when we should just all get along?

so tell me guys. am i just some sort of social retard who doesnt enjoy the art of ****ing people of and hurting their feelings? or do you also wonder why we do this, or at least some of us.

rant over, back to revision.

Delete them, they not friends if they going to laugh at that. oh and your 16 your bound to get immature comments.

tbh, just post the guys pic on here and im sure someone will photoshop him onto something gay for you. Possibly a gay horse

hahaha

To the OP you might be shocked but men take the **** out of there friends its called banter, this will not go away as you get older.

Dont let anyone see that a comment has hurt your feelings, this is called biting, it means they will do it again because deep down we all like winding people up.

If you want to stop dead a bit of banter aimed at you....take it 10 steps to far but aim it at yourself ie if someone says they want shag your mum comment on how much she likes it up the arse and tell them to get in the que behind you...they will think your a sick ******* but wont bother saying anything about your mum again to wind you up.

[..] they wont quit even after i have told them i really dont like it.

That's the key point to me.

They're not your friends and neither is Facebook.

I think it's accurate to say that the biggest factor in the problems that most of the people I know who use Facebook have is Facebook.

Someone give me the tl;dr version? I'm guessing teen drama over nothing very much at all?

I don't know, are you?

"Someone give me the tl;dr version" reminds me of baby birds - they need someone else to chew their food for them and feed them slop without any texture.

op's mate's mate posted something rude about the op on his mates fB, op complained and his mate said it was actually his mate not him but that it was still funny, op is upset that his mate and his mate's mate made fun of him.

You should see the stuff my friends say about each other on FB. Pics, fake deaths, arrests for unrepeatable offences (with photoshopped evidence).

You just take it and spend the rest of the week plottting revenge. Its buddy stuff, its better to be included in the joke than sitting on the outside.

I thought the whole idea of facebook was to have a bit of fun with buckets of banter, take my friend Greg for example..................
