Samsung series 6000 LED LCD Backlight bleed

Typically this is proving nigh on impossible to photograph but i've recently picked up a new series 6000 tv and it does seem to have quite a bit of uneven backlight bleed.... is this something that I can return it for? Or do shops generally believe this is acceptable like dead pixels and the like?

if it's under 30 days since receipt, return it for a new one or refund.
