The One Shot sniper scope has a computer system that uses lasers to track not only distance, but also the wind turbulence in the path of the bullet. A set of crosshairs appears not in direct line with the gun’s barrel, but instead where the bullet will actually hit, and also displays the confidence of that shot.

We didnt have stuff like this, We had to use tables and spotters. Wet fingers in the air lads. ;)

^^ mmm snipers.. makes me want to play Delta Force again! Any similar games around? Counter-Strike/COD but big long grassy maps!!

Makes me glad im not on the battlefield, the last thing id want is to know one of these could be pointing my way!

Way back in my youth i used to shoot for the GB Target rifle team, coached by former Olympic medalist Malcolm Cooper (He set up Accuracy international)

Hardest distance by far was 1K (shot in this country at Stickledown range at Bisley). The Bull was about the size of a dinner plate. all done without optics of any kind. Just a lot of practice, watching the wind and running mirage on a hot day.

Hats off to our Lads in the forces though as it's one thing to do this and another to do it while under threat yourself.
