Ok so here is a quick question two insurance quotes same car same company one with the Reg and one without.

So ok is there any explaination to why the insurance quote go up when I enter the registration?

Is it a rip off or because of other reasons?

This is with admiral

I got a quote a few days ago which came to £1900 for a mg zr diesel. (19yo 1year ncb)

Admiral were the best at around £800

They've offered me a good quote that I'm happy with. Adrian flux gave me quite a poor quote but being an amature I didn't doing the same tactics that got my admiral quote down.

I'm 23 have 0 ncb never had an accident I've had my licence for over 4 years but haven't driven in 3 due to not owning a car. The car is a astra gsi the quote was 1457 10 months doubt I'll get it any lower than that.

I messed up mate, I changed the quote exactly the same as the one without and it was the same price. I'll grab my coat lol.

Are Adrian Flux as good as people say they are for young drivers?

After the carry on i had with A Flux a few years back changing car during the policy term, i wouldnt touch them with a barge pole.

Im with admiral now, but im 43 so i can pick and choose a bit.

Have heard lots of bad things also about flux, very disorganised losing paperwork and cancelling policies etc.

Nice. Everyone I know raves about them think this is due to them getting cheaper quotes.

One last question was thinking bout getting tinted windows how much would this effect the insurance by or will it vary?
