I asked a girl out lol advice needed

About 4 weeks ago i asked out a girl at work who accepted my phone number and said "we could have some fun hanging out". But she turned me down on going out saturday as she only has the saturday off and rather wait until she has a whole weekend off, which i think is fair enough.
Anyway weeks passed until today, and i still aint gone out with her.
Since i asked her out, me and her have been talking and having a laugh etc.
She also seems to make more of the effort to come over and talk to me since i asked her out. I kinda feel that she's waiting for me to ask her out again or something?
So what am i doing wrong, as i see it i already asked her out and she got my number to call me to arrange something so its her turn. Im just a little confused, i am sure she likes me as it rarely happens so it stands out when a girl likes me:p
So what should i do?
 
You: "So we never did go out last time when you had other plans, what are you doing this Saturday night?"
Her: "Err...."
You: "Great let's go out to XXXX"
Her: "OK"
*You think to yourself: "I'm in"

I hope its as easy as that, cause when i first asked her out she was the first girl i ever asked out ever. Even though i didnt get to go out with her i was well happy for just doing it.
Ill just ask her out again today, but its a bit hard getting a whole weekend off as we only get one about every 2 months.

You: "Mind watching my dog while I take some hot girl to the cinema then for a meal?"

Check out all the blokes thinking they can understand what's going on in a woman's head...:D

Mankind has been trying to do that for thousands of years, and no-one has yet succeeded...

Ask her again, if she still says no then just leave it and stay friends unless she asks you. And if she needs a friend, be there for her. Just don't let her walk all over you. Which could get tricky...
 
She is not interested in you or something would have kicked off already, sorry.

I would drop the question for a second time though to save the what if thoughts.

This. Ask her again to confirm your doubts, then chalk it down to a bit of experience. Watch out for the classic 'oh I can't i'm doing this or that but it would be really nice to see you sometime' line, seems to be a classic when the girl is fairly nice/shy so doesn't want to directly say no or hurt your feelings.

possible, but as no 2 women are the same and without knowing her it would be hard to say for sure. The other part is she wants the whole weekend off.....maybe so she can have a layin ;)

You been waiting around for weeks for only one girl that you don't even know if she interested in you
She most likely been seeing tom,dick & harry while your at home on your own fapping over her..

Im no expert as ive already said its the first time ive asked a girl out and im so sure she's interested in me but i could be wrong. She is a very nice girl, really bubbly and laughs all the time. The other day a mate at work said to her "you got long legs" she replies " i got long arms too they suit me" and starts walking like a zombie:p

Im gonna ask her out today as i think she is so worth it, and if i dont get the answer i want atleast i tried.
