No disrespect but I genuinely laughed when I saw that comment you posted, certainly wasn't sarcastic. Atleast I'll remember to check the post times in future, thought I had posted that first one well before 7pm; these light evenings throwing me

It's a combination of Dons and UBs checking and RTMs. Nothing is scripted.
I can sympathise then but does it actually take a lot more effort to continue to trawl through all of this and issue a ban as opposed to sending the offending person a mail to clean it up themself?
More my ignorance here as a large proportion of these bans and suspensions seem to originate from MM when in effect it might make it more efficient to self manage on a warning whereby ignoring the request could lead to a longer ban?

People ignore warnings. The MM isnt just a discussion forum. Its a place where people deal with real money, that they earn by working hard. The past has shown that you cant use a 3 strike system, the stakes are too high and people just dont pay attention. An immediate suspension makes you read the rules again every time.

Understanding the importance of it all etc but does that also mean people can be suspended between deals?
I wouldn't like to be doing that all day lol. If anything, I suppose this discussion is a good way of getting people to pay attention.

I did that once on a BF2 server I was admining I was trying to ban this guy and one of the symbols in his clan tag was also a thingy that meant ban everyon on the server. 56 players gone.
It took me a long time to live that down and in certain circles people are in awe of my awsome Ban Hammer.
