Spec me a monitor

Hi i have around £400 to buy a new monitor i currently have a :

Acer G24 24" 1920 by 1200

This monitor suffers from a annoying buzzing sound which acer refuse to admit as a fault so im after a new monitor.

Do i go for a IPS or TN panel?

I had the annoying buzzing sound, but it soon goes once it's been running for a few weeks.

Have you tried 3D vision on it?

i dont have the new Acer 120hz monitor i have a Acer G24

Coupe how bad is the buzzing noise is it at the back of the screen at the top?

I dont want another screen that buzzes as my ACER G24 has been like it since i bought it in November.

Im tempted to buy this monitor but i dont want the buzzing tbh has every unit got this or luck of the draw i wonder?

Also i will not be using Nvdia 3D yet but with this screen does this mean i can play with Vsync on to play with frames at 120fps ?

Im not really educated enough on monitor refresh rates i guess the whole viewing at 120hz looks crisper and clearer?
