The real owner of the paypal account the buyer is using will report the transaction to paypal as fraud and they will debit your account.

Paypal feedback bears no resemblance to the speed of your transaction. You will always receive Paypal transactions immediately. It's only when you're transferring to / from your bank, then you get a 3-day lag. The guy who is saying that he has already paid £170 is telling porkies.

I was typifying the moronic attitudes you see on forums like this because having lived in Africa, I saw this BS every damn day of my life while I was there- and it all came from the Whities, and a few of the rich blacks, whilst driving around in their high fulooting Mercs/ BMWs. 'The man from <insert African country> doesn't deserve this and that', 'They are all scammers/ robbers', etc
I removed the black reference as I knew it would detract from the argument, as everyone here seems to be part of the 'OMG Racism' school of thought.
