My mum and my bro bought me this for my birthday to replace my somewhat smaller chimenea.
This thing can kick out some heat and is going to cost me a load in fueling the thing too.
Very nice on the eve tho.

Went to a BBQ last monday and when it got cooler somebody fuelled up the chimnea. It was legendary - extended duration of the BBQ by hours and got rid of the midges.

Love these things.

Don't pay for wood. Find a source of offcuts/ scrap wood.
I either nick the pallets off the industrial estate and smash them up, or i'll just nick a load of offcuts from work or from a skip. Has the same effect and is free!
Came home with an entire vanful the other day, should be sorted for the summer.

Ours is like that, same style as the small one but around the size of the big one.

We have enough wood cut down from out tree(s) that we never need to buy wood anyway. Very nice in the summer but we don't use it as much as I'd like.

Far better than those stupid gas heaters most people get too.

It's a Patio heater yes, but the smoke generally keeps the insects away as well.

Not a fan of these as someone who has to put up with their smoke and smell. A particular neighbour tends to use them quite often. Also, yesterday our next door neighbour decided to have a big bonfire (on a hot day? I don't see the point ) so for 6 hours we had the smoke intruding in to our house, it was too hot to shut the windows!
