the problem is, when you use it against me you get a clean hit, when I use it against you it's a trade. Do you use it as you see me jump in, or do you predict when I am about to jump? My reactions are just not fast enough...
). When you see them jump, do crouching HP. I think it's because your mind is focused on attacking and deciding how to attack next, so by the time you see the jump and your mind goes back to defense, it's too late to anti-air clean. That's how it is for me sometimes anyway.I use it when i see you jump. Same with the EX snake strikes.
You don't need fast reactions for it though (or maybe i just have ninja reflexes). When you see them jump, do crouching HP. I think it's because your mind is focused on attacking and deciding how to attack next, so by the time you see the jump and your mind goes back to defense, it's too late to anti-air clean. That's how it is for me sometimes anyway.
I realise as soon as you do it you were anticipating the jump in, just sat there crouching... waiting. I make it too easy for you...
But I think reaction time and reflexes do come into it though, you managed EVERYONES trials so that says something.![]()
Today is my second day with Rufus. I only know 1 combo with him
Edit: Apologies for asking you to use your decent characters. I didn't know you used Rufus and I must have got lucky in the game.
no problem, I assume you ask so that you can learn? Yup I am a Rufus user but even though it didn't seem like in the deejay match lol
Yeah, I'd like to try and use Rufus, as I really should get around to learning how to FADC, and do qcf Ultras from the... *thinks* right of the screen.
Cav, I can do jhk clp clp cmp fk every single time now. Do the following:
jhk
clp
clp
c(mp~lp~lk)
u+hk
~ means to roll the buttons, like when you drum roll your fingers on a table.
This makes the link very very easy as I'm sure it's a 2 frame link anyway, and this makes it a 3 frame one. You should see the following in training mode if you did it right:
lk
lp mp
mp
or
lk lp mp
mp

)Here are some vids I quickly made for you cav:
Let me know if you need anything explained further.
Listen to the rhythm and watch how the inputs vary but the same stuff comes out.
That has absolutely nothing to do with reaction times/reflexes.
