Burn Notice

Yes I have the whole series on queue to watch :p

It's not meant to be anything like Chuck either (I watch Chuck) yet is excellent throughout having seen the first few episodes.

Having seen the first 5 or so episodes, both my wife and I enjoy the series. Nothing earth shattering, but an enjoyable watch.

I watched the first season in 2008, was ok, but not enough for me to continue to bother with it.

Watched the first episode, but couldn't really get into it. Not as funny as Chuck for example.

Probably cause it's not supposed to be a comedy...

Although it can be funny in places.

I love it. I think Michael Westons a great character. Season 4 just started in the US last Thursday. It starts to kick off in season 2.

Watched the first episode and wanted to gouge my eyes out, annoyingly I think its probably quite good. But the main guy and his narrating just reminds me of that annoying American Cop Car show with that copper narrating over the top "He thought he could get away, but it was a step too far...".

Its a cheesey pile of old knackers and shouldnt be any good whatsoever. The setup never changes, the voice over is annoying, the love interest with the chemically inflated lips is awful, Michael Weston's selection of accents is shocking bordering on embarrasing etc. Somehow though its one of those shows where you can switch your brain off and enjoy the Bruce Campbelly goodness :p.

I really like it. I hated the voice over to start with but in the end really enjoyed it. Yeahh, it's the same old thing over and over, but there is at least a good story arc running now.

Watched it up to the 3rd series and it just got boring. Same thing over and over again. Couldn't watch it anymore.

I watched about half the first season back when it first started airing, just got bored of it and didn't feel motivated to tune back in.

To be honest, its not a fantastic concept for a show and I wasn't keen on most of the cast either.

I watch it! I think it's one of the best shows ever in fact!

Season 1 is probably not the best for a lot of people, but it's a new show so the story line is bound to be slow (Though it wasn't for me).

For the people saying the setup never changes, that's the whole point of the first 3 series and possibly the 4th :p and I personally think the voice overs are genius.

One of the best earlier episodes is: "Burn Notice Season 2 Episode 13 Bad Breaks" - simply amazing acting and plot :)

I watched the first series last week. Was after something a bit silly and fun just to waste the hours away watching.

It's OK, not great by any stretch. There's something about it which I really dislike, I think it's the narrating style and the constant pauses.

In the process of watching the 2nd series but I've lost interest really. It's all got terribly samey. But like I said, I watched the first in a week so may just be an issue of telly overdose! (I did the same with The Wire and couldn't get past the 2nd series of that).

It kinda has the same layout of House, which is the same underlying layout but with a big background storyline (in fact, lots of shows are like this since it's a good thing to do IMO)

The second season is where it gets into its own though, but going by what you said I don't think you should watch them all at once..
