I just went straight into the hotlap without changing anything.

I will have another go. Watch out for some rubbish times then..Cant belive I though I was THAT good...:eek:
 
Just clocked up a new best for me in the stock bimma.

1:41:486 Manual, ABS, wheel, f28/r27
30,820 on the leaderboards.

Still can't get all the corners correct on the same lap..... just random combinations of perfect corners filled out with atrocious ones :P
 
1:40.568 clean and certified at 27,414 on the leaderboard.

Now I'm getting knackered. 17 odd laps and finally something I'm happy with, even positive I can shave 1, maybe 2, seconds off that if I do another 10 laps but it's hot hot hot!
 
Do I need to register my interest to do this ? I would like to join in with you guys if possible. I have done some laps and i have the following time :

1:37.901, Auto, No aids, Controller, F-28.5/R-30
16,087 on the leader boards.

I was like that. I'd done about 20 straight laps, killing myself to get below 1:40, but always making at least one mistake. Then I pulled it off and I did it by half a second! I couldn't believe it! I turned the console off straightaway because I knew I wouldn't manage it again!
 
Got my time down to one that won't change my standing one bit, but I'm just glad to have finally broken the back of 1:40...

1:39.843 :)


I can put it down to 3 things...

1: Hit apexes properly

2: Watch this video before you hotlap for inspiration

3: Listen to this during your hotlap for that special feeling :D

 
01.41.229 for me.

I've just got the steering wheel so I'm still getting used to the FFB plus Im pretty poor anyway.

Kept getting low 1:36's but knew I could get it under 1:36.

Clean lap of laguna whilst test driving. Standard tune apart from tyre pressures. Using a pad.

Just pulled off a clean 1:38:699 :D:D:D:D

Puts me in the top 13% at 19,496. :)

Very pleased, been trying and trying for 2 days now to get under 1:39!

I'll leave it at that for now so that I don't ruin it.
